Jan-Pro International is a nationwide commercial cleaning franchisor whose individual franchisees needed additional help and bandwidth to generate leads at scale and well-qualified appointments for their salespeople located in local offices around the country. Jan-Pro International approached Leads at Scale to discuss rolling out a pilot program for a specific group of targeted franchisors across the country. Leads at Scale undertook the challenge and developed a program that allowed a large number of calls to be made while maintaining the local feel of each of the franchise locations and sales reps who were scattered around the country.
